Who We Are

Red Coat Waste Resource Authority (RCWRA) manages and operates curbside waste and recycling collection in rural communities Across Saskatchewan. RCWRA is a non-profit corporation and is regionally owned and operated by the municipalities, towns and villages which form the membership. All funds received by the Authority return to the member municipalities and communities in the form of waste transportation, recycle transportation, operator employment, transfer station/landfill maintenance, office administration, landfill expansion, and operational best practices. Each member community brings strength and opportunity to the region as a whole, benefiting not only themselves, but their neighbours as well. RCWRA is a viable solution for communities attempting to control climbing costs of waste and recycling handling while providing required services to rate-payers. RCWRA adopts a strong belief in waste reduction through easy to use, efficient recycling services and solutions.
